Privacy policy

At intuiCIO we process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data protection law. This policy explains what data we collect through intuicioerp.com, for what purpose, for how long, and what rights you can exercise.

1. Data controller

2. What data we process and why

The Site has no sign-up forms. The personal data we process comes exclusively from the following interactions:

The Site does not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. See section 6 for details on the technologies used.

3. Data retention

Data provided by email is kept for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and, if a commercial relationship results, for the duration of that relationship plus applicable legal limitation periods. If no commercial relationship is formalized, data is kept for a maximum of [PERIOD, e.g. 24 months] from the last contact, unless you request earlier deletion.

4. Recipients and processors

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. To provide the service we rely on the following providers, acting as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR:

  • Email provider: [EMAIL / MAIL HOSTING PROVIDER]
  • Web hosting provider: [SERVER HOSTING PROVIDER]
  • Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited): the Site loads fonts from Google's servers when the page is visited. This means your browser connects to Google, which may process your IP address under its own privacy policy.

None of these providers use your data for purposes of their own beyond the service contracted, except Google regarding font delivery, which operates under its own terms.

5. International transfers

Where any of the above providers is located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is carried out with the safeguards required by GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or another valid mechanism).

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site only uses the browser's localStorage to remember your preferred display language (ES/EN). This technology is strictly necessary for the Site to function, does not personally identify the user, is never transmitted to any server, and does not require prior consent under applicable e-privacy rules.

The Site does not set analytics, advertising or social media cookies.

7. Your rights

You may exercise the following rights at any time by writing to info@intuicioerp.com together with a copy of your ID document:

  • Access: find out what data of yours we process.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: request deletion of your data when no longer necessary.
  • Objection: object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances.
  • Restriction: request that processing of your data be restricted in certain cases.
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.

If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your local supervisory authority.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration, in line with the state of the art and the nature of the data processed.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to the Site. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this document.
